Lydia was flexible and lovely to work with throughout the entire process of adjusting my wedding dress. She has a great personality. It seems like she is occasionally stretched a little thin and could forget a detail, so you need to make sure that you confirm with her what is being done and when, but she gets it done and it ends up looking great. Really, in response to some of her lower reviews, you just need to make sure that you’re clear and communicate directly and you won’t have an issue. My dress was FANTASTIC and Lydia made sure that it was steamed and looking perfect right before my wedding. She actually ended up holding the dress in her shop until the day before which was HUGE help since I didn’t need to hide it from my fiancé!

Horrible experience. Lydia made an appt for me to come from pretty long distance to meet her at 7:30PM. The shop was closed. She wasn’t there. Nobody answered the phone. Huge disappointment. Lost my business & that of my 8 bridesmaids!
