Domino’s Pizza

Imagine I love jus up the street from this place but decided to order for delivery!!! It’s been 2 hours now we are waiting for a pizza… Wow talk about bad business will NEVER order from here again terrible I tell ya terrible. doesn’t even deserve getting a star!!!

I ordered a pizza at 6 o’clock and here it is 9 o’clock and guess what? No pizza. Im writing this before i call up and get my refund because they are these most unprofessional outfit i have ever seen. Kids playing on the phone. No one knows where my order is. And in all, this place is a terrible place and they’ve taken my money without giving me my food before. So this will be the last time i eat at any dominos. Thanks you garbage company with your garbage staff!!!

We never had a problem until tonight. We ordered delivery, as we have done many times before from here. The delivery guy called, said he couldn’t find my place, which is the huge brick building next to the train station, which I told he. He said there’s no parking down there, and is parked at the liquor store down the street. I told him there’s a parking lot literally across the street from my front door. I sent my boyfriend to get the order, and he said there was no one there. I called him back, and he told me he left for the next order and would be back. I called the store, because he hung up on me. I sat in my lobby for 30 mins before I called the store back to refund my order and they said it was already cancelled and that i mentioned an «alley» and they don’t do that. I never received a call about it being cancelled or anything. Will not get pizza from there again. If only there were a Pizza Hut that delivered in the area.

Terrible experience. It took them 45 minutes to bring my pizza. Then they sent the wrong signature slip with someone else’s billing address, and personal information!!! Then the pizza I order was not the size that I received. I ordered a large and they sent a small :/​I called them to inform them of the mistake initially they were accommodating then I was placed on hold to speak to the GM only to be forgotten on the phone for 20 minutes!!! Then I called them back and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Needless to say I will never be ordering from ANY dominos again. You guys suck.

I feel compelled to write a review because there are a lot on here that say the delivery time is absolutely horrible. Like, I was scared to order from here. However, my experience has been different.
One Saturday around 5pm I ordered a pizza and it came in 30 min, with a 35 – 40 min estimate. I was amazed. On a Friday at 8pm I ordered again and it came in 45 min, with the same 35 – 40 min estimate. 5 min late at what is probably a fairly busy time is fine by me. So far the delivery is perfectly adequate.
The food is the same as at every other domino’s, BUT they are stingy with their toppings. They used like half the usual amount of cheese and sauce as they do at other locations, both times I got pizza. The «classic» crust is basically thin crust. They also forgot to put the garlic seasoning on the crust. It’s kind of a let down.
Order Pat’s if you want good pizza. Order this if you’re broke and are in the mood for garbage food and this is the only Domino’s that will deliver to you.

I place an order at 6:57P and 8:57P still no food. As I am pregnant and eating for that makes the two of us highly disappointed. I called the Mattapan Dominos to they said they would deliver in twenty minutes as I am only ten minutes away. After an hour I called and they said they only had one driver but he was on the way. I called again two hours later and they said the driver has many orders but he is on his way. So the I cancelled it. This is really sad as my family orders Dominos at least once a week.

If I can choose 0 starts, I would.
This is to back up Joshua R’s review. I was the one who placed the order for our GROUP PARTY, we all called multiple times to this location to inquire about our order and when they *finally* picked up the phone, they immediately place you on «hold» where you can’t even say «no» or anything else. They put you on hold for 12+ minutes before we all just gave up and hung up the phone. I then spoke w/​Corporate that night and they said they will send my case to regional corporate (or whatever they were called) and I was supposed to get a call back. At noon today, I called again to this location (same response: «HOLD PLEASE») and to corporate, and corporate «sent a request over again» requesting for a resolving issue, yet I STILL have not heard from them. How embarrassing is it that you can’t provide for something we paid for and everybody left hungry because there wasn’t any food? I would like nothing else but for them to refund my money for something we did not receive and eat, and for the humiliation we had to face.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Placed an online delivery order for pizzas and some wings. 2 hours later we are still here waiting for it to get delivered. We’ve called the store over and over and over again and no one picks up.
Reading over the reviews this doesn’t look to be the first time this has happened. How this one place is still in business is beyond me.

No complaints about the food it is great but their service is not that great. We always have issues with the sauces, one time we had cinnamon sticks and they sent us marinara sauce instead of icing another time we bought an extra icing for the cinnamon sticks and instead they sent a ranch. Very annoying.

I’m done wasting time with the horrible delivery time from this location. The delivery time is always at least 60 minutes, tonight it’s been two hours. I have two young kids who wanted a late night snack. I ordered at 11pm and I’m still here waiting. Call the store to ask for info on my delivery and I wasted a total of 15 minutes waiting to find out that my order MAY BE 10 minutes away. I’ll be surprised if my order it correct since that is always a big issue with this place as well.
Cheers – here is to hopefully never calling this location again!
after waiting 2.5 hours without delivery – I call them and no one knows where my order is. I tried to explain my frustration to the little girl who answered the phone and of course she was too young and lacked customer service skills to understand. I cancelled my order, filed a complained with the company and I’m calling the BBB to complain as well because this was overall a disgusting interaction.

Only one star because it can’t get any lower. Normally order online because the folks taking orders are so effin rude! Smh just ordered simple box of cinnastix with a extra icing dip & a large ginger ale 12:04a my order leaves the store 1:15a still nothing! I call & sure enough some ignorant fool picks up & puts me on hold quicker than a corner store robbery, didnt even know what he said he put me on so quick, & then he comes back & hangs up on me! Get the food & no extra dip smh! But they got that money tho! #Pathetic. Management needs to do some house cleaning in this store cuz its beyond ridiculous now.

I have never been more disappointed with Dominoes. How can you get a pizza order wrong?! Ordered a pizza and cinnastixs online, about 2 hours later, the delivery guy came (finally, right?) but only to find out it was the wrong pizza. We were glad that we at least got the cinnastixs, so we thought. Opened it up and there was marinara sauce in the cinnastixs, MARINARA? Who eats cinnastixs with marinara!!! We called Dominoes a gazillion times before someone picked up and we told them what happened, they asked if we wanted to keep that pizza instead, we said no we want what we ordered. Okay fine, we thought we would be getting our pizza in maybe an hour… after 11:30pm, we gave up hope of ever seeing our food. We were so hungry we decided to eat the wrong pizza originally delivered, and for a «Buffalo Chicken Pizza» there wasn’t even a drop of hot sauce on it. Ordering a pizza and expecting it to be delivered should not be this complicated.
Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

If I could give this Domino’s 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered my food at 8:00 PM and it is now 10:50, almost three hours later and I still ave not received my food. I started trying to call the Domino’s an hour ago to check and see what’s the status of my order since the website claimed that my order was finished at 9:00 and after calling 20 times, yes 20 times, they picked up and told me that their driver showed up and left with the food not to be seen or heard from since and they are going to cancel my order. Not only did I not get my food, and not only will I not eat tonight, but I will have to wait 3 – 7 business days to receive my money back. Worst mistake of my life, never again will I order from this Domino’s. Save yourself the frustration.

Several times I have ordered from this location but within months from each time in hopes of better service! Each time they fail me. The last time I could remember, I waited over two hours and then when they arrived, the guy called me with another guy in the car swearing up a storm in the background. Then proceeded to get an attitude when he did not receive a tip.
This time I wait two hours and I decide to call the store to see if he was at least on his way. The guy asks me my address and cuts me off saying I need to be patient and that the guy has three other orders. Me, being always polite because I work in customer service myself, felt very disrespected as a customer because this is my food that I paid for. What is the point of giving an estimated time of «25−32 mins» if the costumer will be waiting two hours?! This will definitely be my last time at this location. Horrible service.

This place sucks. It just does. I have had countless times where I would order something in person or online and I got the wrong order and the only time I got something free was once but I had to go all the way there to get it myself.
Just yesterday they got my order wrong. Today I ordered again and I have finally decided I won’t be buying from that place ever again. It said my food was delivered at 8:52 and it’s already been a little over an hour and when I called I was told that the driver was JUST leaving. Now it’s been an hour (so two hours total) and my food isn’t even here yet –_​_​_​–
When you call them they put you on hold for the longest time. I was put on hold for 20 minutes –_​– so I just hung up because I was still on hold.
I wish I would have stopped ordering from this place a long time ago because the other people who ordered are right. This place sucks. Find another place to order from. There are better places out there.

I ordered pizza from here at 10 pm (they close at 12). At 1140, I called to check on the status of the pizza and the woman who answered the phone kept hanging up on me after saying «we’re closed). She did this about 10 times before she finally got the point that I wasn’t going to stop calling so she answered, «yes, since you don’t get the point that we’re closed). I told her I ordered a pizza at 10 and i havent recieved it. She rude stated «well it’s on it’s way». It is is mattapan (hood rat central) so I shouldn’t have expected otherwise. I finally got the pizza at 12 am. It was cold so I couldn’t even eat it. NEVER again.

This dominos is pathetic! They would not accept our order as it «was too big of an order». Staff were rude and the manager refused to talk to us with regards to the order! Avoid like the plague!

DO NOT order online and expect your pizza to show up in the 18 – 28 mins. it tells you. Instead, add an hour to that initial estimate and maybe you’ll get your pizza by the time your stomach hasn’t eaten itself. Managers are not very agreeable, make lots of excuses and did refund my money, but you should know that if you order online, the delivery times are incorrect. Fail.
