I JUSTLEFTTHISTMOBILESTOREAFTER A 1HR45MINWAITTOBESEENBYANASSOCIATE!!! My transaction only took 7 minutes. The only reason why I had to wait so long was because I had to return a loaner phone and my next day off would be in another 8 days. Otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere. Now, to prevent such a customer service travesty… They could have welcomed me to the store and asked me for my reason(s) for visiting. This way they could have managed or multitasked more efficiently. I had to tell Cherise, the associate manager that I simply needed to return a loaner. I’m so annoyed that NOONEACKNOWLEDGEDTHECUSTOMERSTHATWALKEDIN. It was surreal. Save your time everyone AVOIDTHISTMOBILE store… I know I will, moving forward!

Opened a new account with 2lines, which numbers where transferred over. Well so I thought! The agent at the store gave the wrong account number and now I’ve been fighting with tmobile to have the numbered transferred. Which means a lot of «let me get someone else to help you»!!! It’s been 4days still no resolution! Agent at the store says«sorry I can’t help you»!! You pay all this money to be passed around!!! Should of stuck it out with sprint my bill was more but customer service was a lot better!!!

I just got an account with Tmobile at this store. They forgot to activate the number I wanted transferred and 3 days later, they still did not find me in the system. It took me 1 hour of being transferred from one center to another and one department to another until someone got the correct info to transfer the number and now I have to wait 24 hours more. The store was nice and clean but their follow up needs attention.
