This location is understaffed, was not greeted upon entering. When Linda finally helped me, it wasn’t the nicest customer service experience. I’ll try to avoid coming here again.

I got here when the place opened. There was only one employee and one other customer. I just needed to drop off a package with a FedEx number. 20 minutes later they are still farting around with no conclusion near! I start to leave and I the guy seemed to be on his way. He left out the side door. When she finished typing my number the system went down. Then the guy came back and started asking more questions. So evidently it was get in the back of the line for me! Right! I was told I had to manually fill out a form since one couldn’t be printed out. Something that should have taken 5 minutes was stretched out to almost an hour! Never coming back to the HoodEx location!

I ordered an item from
and it was to be delivered by the geniuses at Fedex. On the first attempted delivery the driver came at noon; no one is at home. I contacted them via their website and setup a profile with instructions to always deliver after 5pm and to knock. The second attempted delivery was at noon, so I called the 800# was told the package would be delived after 5pm on the 3^rd and final attempt. The third attempted delivery was at noon. I called the 800# again and this time Tyrone of Fedex, yes my luck I got a Tyrone, but he told me there is no way to ensure a delivery after 5pm. I told him they may as well send the item back to Walmart. But here is what makes these guys not so smart; the item being delivered is only worth a few bucks and when you start to add the cost of delivery, attempted deliveries, and the cost of return, not to mention what the driver is paid (over $ 22 an hour) and restocking, the cost to Fedex and Walmart will be more than the package is worth! As for me, I get a full refund and a lesson not to use Fedex. But at least they didn’t throw the package over the fence and damage it as was seen on the news in 2012. So if you have a package that’s really important… BUYER BEWARE, luckily for me it was only a cheap clothes rack.

This location is okay, it’s not too busy most of the time. I think they could use more employees here to help patrons. It’s too quiet in here.

The FedEx Office Print & Ship Center (Kinko’s to you) is a very good, and very heavily utilized store. Their employees, while very busy, are also very helpful. They can do tasks well beyond photocopying and sending out FedEx packages (notably scanning to Adobe pdf and OCR scanning to Microsoft Word). They have a computer suite for this purpose, but an employee’s assistance is needed when using the computer suite. I agree with Joe B. and believe, because of the breadth of services that they offer, that an extra employee on staff would be terrific. Recommended.

They offer a lot of supplies and services, but the people behind the counter are too overworked/​understaffed for a customer to ever effectuate a purchase. It’s not that they’re slow, there’s just too few of them. I just left my potential-​purchase on the counter and walked out.
