This was the worst hotel/​motel experience in my lifetime! I was assaulted by numerous bedbugs. I have bites on my back, my stomach, my arms and legs. In addition, the room should have been condemned. The tub was filthy, the room was filthy, the sink had plaster pulling away from the back. In short, it was awful. I am also going to write to the Matteson Chamber of Commerce or whatever governing body exists in Matteson to complain.

Looking for a short term place to stay. Check out the Matteson Motel in Matteson, Illinois at Route 30 and Kildare Ave. It’s a one level hotel that includes free parking and free wifi — in certain room. The rooms are comfortable and includes the following:
Double or King bed
Double night stands
Working mini-​fridge
Working microwave
Carpeted floor
Stand up Shower
Combo (heating and A/​C unit)
Desk for eating or laptop usage (power under desk)
and 2 or 3 chairs to sit.
Nice place with very reasonable rates. Ask about their weekly rate, which is more competitive than anything else around.
Bonus: Dominicks and the Matteson Liquor Store is within walking distance.
