Had a problem with my Jeep’s ignition lock. I bought a Dorman ignition switch on Amazon that said it could be programmed to the key (which has a chip in it)…no go… Then I read about
on a blog because I still couldn’t start may car… I ordered the lock and sent them my ignition lock number (they said they could do it with a clear picture) and they sent me the ignition lock in two days and my keys work perfectly in the switch… I would deal with them again in a heartbeat… Thanks again Amazingkey

Sold me a key for my lexus ls400, assuring me it would work if i paid an extra $ 60.00 for them to acquire a key code from lexus since i had no key. They also sold me a remote FOB for another $ 74.99. neuither the key nor the FOB worked. I called to complain and was told that I would now need to have another locksmith «re-flash» the computer system and then I should check the battery on the FOB. I had to pay a local locksmith an additional $ 400.00 to re-flash the system. the FOB was not the correct model according to my local lexus dealer so i returned it to Amazing Keys requesting the correct model.
Have not recieved any response and attempts to reach customer service have been unsuccessful.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST.
I cannot stress how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL they have been.
I purchased two car keys from
. I was told by my car dealership that they cannot accept them. I called
to return the keys (which were still in the complete packaging) and was told by Amanda on 3 separate dates that my case would be red flagged to the returns department. I called to speak to a manager and was told by Alison that she would also notify the returns department. No word from anyone. I called and spoke to Joyce, who hung up on me twice. I called back and was told I have the wrong number.
I filed a compliant with the better business bureau and I encourage you all to do so as well. This company is a complete rip-off and the epitome of poor customer service.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST GO TO THE DEALERSHIP

Bought 2 keys through Amazon, would not program, tried 2 locksmiths, their keys programmed right up! Contact them, asked for picture, after no replies back, asked for refund, told that since keys are cut they can’t refund me? You have to cut keys in order to program. Locksmith thinks there is no chip in the keys. Total scam! do not order from them as other reviewer said. Paid for their keys, shipping, cutting at locksmith, $ 20 to program them since they wasted their time on defective keys, paid for new blanks, cutting and programming! Horrible company!

Do NOT order keys form these thieves. I orderd 2 keyfobs for my car ($ 100). They charged my account but never mailed them.
Then when i contacted them, they would tell me they are going to call me back, then they never did. («We just need to check with our warehouse.») Over and over again. Google contacted them on my behalf because i paid through Google wallet and they never respond.
They stole $ 100 and haven’t showed the slightest interest in shipping my product.

I had a broken ignition switch on my 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan that the dealer told me would cost over $ 500 to repair.
really didn’t have the $ 500 and I by chance found the
website. I was able to purchase a new ignition switch for $ 50 and they matched it up to my old keys at no additional charge.
I had the switch two days after I ordered it and I’m back on the road for less than $ 60 including shipping.
saved me over $ 400. they are truely a lifesaver and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their products.
