I have been shopping at GameStop for 13 years and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on gaming. My family has expanded and there are 10 children between myself and new husband. Today we went in to purchase 3PS4 consoles for Christmas gifts and Mr. Shaun Hutchins rudely advised that he wouldn’t sell them to me because of policy. WHAT??? Really? Wtf. I was prepared to spend over 1500.00 and that ignorant man prevented it. Rude Rude Rude. We will never shop here again

Not a real big fan of game stops… seems like their preowned games are pretty expensive. Not a fan of buying new games with the packages already opened too. There’s something to be said about opening a sealed video game that comes with the game buying experience.

It’s not unusual that we’ll check out a Gamestop, because video games are just so expensive. Well, that and because we’re much more casual gamers than just about everyone. Everyone at Gamestop seems to know about all sorts of games, whether it is a current game or a previous game, which helps us, since as parents we of course know nothing. But the most useful thing about Gamestop is their used game program. You can get a used game and try it out for a week and then take it back. It’s like a free rental. When games are $ 50 a pop, it’s hard to beat. Unfortunately you can’t do this with new games, but we don’t usually buy new games anyway. Even better is the used game program lasts for over a month at Christmas. The downside is for new stuff — they don’t even want to give you a refund for a new product that hasn’t been opened. You can get a refund, but it’s like pulling teeth. In other words, stick to the used product.
