We’re going to be doing some renovating this summer rather than traveling, and in fact had to reschedule/cancel an appointement, and this led us to a particular issue with the online scheduling from Gopher Dogs. It seems that you can’t.
Now I’m a programmer by trade, and so maybe I’m being picky, but it would be nice if, since you can schedule something online, you could change or cancel the appointment online. After all, you can see the calendar and all. I eventually had to submit an email to Michalle, call the main Gopher Dogs number and then call Michalle’s cell phone to confirm. It was cancelled, but it was just way harder than it should have been. I get not wanting to cancel, but it would have been nice and all.
Reminds me of a casino — they’ll let you get in, but getting out is a different story.
