Sadly disappointed.
The location is very convenient, clean studio, and friendly employees.
However, I had someone that was new for the location and they should have known the quality of work they did. Every nail was shaped differently and my cuticles came out worse than when they went in.
By the next day, the clear nail polish (since I didn’t use a color on my hands) was bubbling up and peeling. I have never had that happen, not even with a clear nail coat. The nail color on my feet was unfinished with half nails completely polish free.
Now let’s talk about location and price. There are signs that if you pay cash you receive a 5% discount. What about the new clients that aren’t familiar with this policy? Shouldn’t you make an exception in order to keep them? Well $ 38 for a mani/​pedi is completely overpriced. I live in Miami and have amazing service for much less.
I certainly would not recommend coming here if you want quality service. I wish I would have asked for the name of the technician that did my nails because she is not worth the $ 38.

I really love going to get my nails done here. They are friendly, the salon is clean and they are do the best gel nails in the city. I know they have new owners here in Charlotte and it has made a huge difference. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done.

Nice little nail spot in Matthews. Friendly staff and decent pricing. Do they do the best job in town? No. Do they get the job done when you are in a pinch and don’t want to break the bank? Absolutely! Are they open on Sundays? Yup!
This isn’t my regular mani pedi place but I will happily come back. The place is clean. Everyone is friendly and they have good prices which are all wins in my book!

I have been here several times and have not had a bad experience. I usually get the deluxe pedi and manicure. It’s true they don’t always ask if I want a drink right away but they don’t get irritated if I ask them for one. My nails always look beautiful and that’s what’s important.

The owner needs to re-​evaluate her staff. We won’t go back
If they want to keep good clientele they need to learn business etiquette and tell all their technicians to treat the customers with care. My daughter hated them asking about our personal life.

I finally decided to try this nail salon and I’m SOOO happy I did! This is my third visit and I’m very pleased with the hygiene, service and prices. They are super friendly and love that they offer advice on how to keep your tootsies and fingernails beautiful. I have finally found a nail salon that is consistent and doesn’t slack with performance. I’ve tried all their technicians thus far, and they are all equally excellent. Even decided to try their gel polish and I’m so glad I did absolutely love it. Since coming here I get constant compliments on my hands, tootsies and polish.

I went to the salon today — my first time there — for a gel polish manicure. The salon that I usually go to was closed and I needed a manicure before an important event. The facility was nice, the service was good and selection of polish very good. The salon is open on Sundays too! Overall, I was extremely impressed!
