Absolutely loved every moment of the sales experience. Proctor was extremely knowledgeable and low pressure. We loved how he laid out the facts for each mattress and gave us options to pick out. Proctor also would give suggestions and step back so my fiancé and I could talk about what we liked and didn’t like, without him hovering over us. If I didn’t have to buy a bed every 10 years I would be back more often. I think Procter mentioned he had been there for 8 years so hopefully he’s still there when we need another.

Bought a mattress from the Widsor Sq. location in July 2015. Salesman/​Manager Proctor was my salesman. Searched all of the locale stores and kept coming back to see Protor. He was easy to work with and allowed me to walk around trying each mattress without tailing me. He qualified what type sleeper I am and narrowed my selection down for me. Ended up getting a Simmons’ Beautyrest. I’m a single 6′ 220 male and the mattress is NOT showing any signs of dipping at this point, which was a concern after reading all of the reviews on every mattress. It does help with the back pains I have from time to time from lifting weights.
I was hesitant about spending 2K+ on a mattress but have no regrets now about the purchase. Proctor did an ecellent job, delivery and set was fast and good.
Waited this long to ensure the mattress held up.
