I needed to purchase a bike tire for my bike. I called this company 3 times during open hours and they let it ring 3 – 4 times, pick’s up (you can hear the background), then hangs up on you. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Less than satisfied. Frequently there isn’t anyone in the shop and you have to wait for someone to come in to assist you. I also brought in a simple bike shoe repair to the shop and was told it should be done within a week or two. A month went by and there was no word from the shop. When I followed up, the repair still wasn’t ready. Not so impressed. I am an avid rider and have been looking for a good shop to go in this area — will be looking elsewhere.

GREAT BIKE REPAIR SERVICE — We took my daughter’s bike in to be repaired and were VERY pleased with their service and their price. Since I was so happy, I have referred friends to them and would certainly go back again. It’s always good to find someone who provides the quality of service you expect and at a fair price.
