Quality Inn & Suites Matthews – Charlotte

I really enjoyed my stay here i needed a place to stay while me and my family where visiting friends in town it took no time to book the place over the internet the pictures where correct the place is well keeped outside and in when we got into our rooms it had a very fresh smell in the room very clean in the bathroom they had ice place and both floors i didnt know intil i checked in that they had rooms that had there own private balcony i will get one of those the next time i come back i will use this hotel again had a great stay no loud nosies they staff was helpful and very friendly the parking area was lit for us to get our bags from the car we did check in at night im not forsure if ther was breakfast we woke up late and got some later but i do know that there was free wifi they give you a code when you check in at the counter

Uncomfortable bed! We spent three nights at this property, and they were three of the worst nights’ sleep ever – other than when I was in my final trimester! The king bed was bowl-​shaped – in desperate need of being replaced.
Breakfast was adequate; however, the dining area is small and cramped. On two of the three mornings we ate there, it was was slammed.

Checked in yesterday, they asked me if I would like to have a microwave in my room, I said yes because I have a service dog and I need to cook his food. And then, I get up to the room, no microwave, then they refuse to let me cook his food cause I can’t bring a dog cause allergenic issues, which, I understand. And they fixed. But then after telling me that they aren’t gonna run my card on file, they do. I don’t care about the money, it’s the point of the matter that they specifically said «we will not run your card for anything». Horrible place to stay. I have multiple co workers coming into town for work, I will not let any of them stay here

Great stay every time. I travel to charlotte for work often and I have spent a total of 2 month at this hotel. Service is always quick and pleasent. Room always clean and welcoming. It is close to many resturants and only 15mi away from downtown.
