i buy online their E-​Liquid, & i think its the best. im vaping now more then 3 years & i tried lots of brands and for me… i always coming back 4 more. Keep up the good work

My first order was am eGo battery. It didn’t take or hold a charge. A 2nd one was sent to me and it had the same issues. I wasn’t able to use either. Returning them in hopes of a full refund. I will continue to order my eGo batteries from my good olé website
. Have never had a problem with them. I switched to Penny’s because Alt Smoke discontinued my liquid but I won’t use Smoke Anywhere For Penny’s ever again.

I have had to go here about 5 times because it’s close by and I was desperate. From now on I’ll just suffer until I can get somewhere else.
The red headed meat neck that works there is super arrogant and douchey. The only way to get customer service from him is to be a fellow douche or wear a short skirt. Twice I’ve had him ignore my presence completely while he just stands there vaping like a dragon.
There is a woman who works there who is just as bad. Brunette. I’ll stop there.
The older lady is as sweet as she can be but that can’t make up for the rest of them or their products. Including the actual owner, Penny.
They make their own juice there, but don’t offer to let you try any and the ones I’ve purchased are subpar.
I’ve purchased 2 faulty batteries from them, one of which they never gave me a charger for. They were rude and tried to make it impossible to return, even though it had only been 5 days and I had all the packaging and receipt. The second faulty battery I’m chalking up to a loss just to avoid this business altogether. Oh yeah, plus they refused to give me a receipt for the second one after I made them exchange the first one. She actually held my receipt up and said «Yeah we’re keeping this» and walked away. Not even an apology for selling me a bad battery or not giving me a charger.
Literally, I’d rather drive the extra 20 minutes to Indian Trail and go to Vaping Extreme. Perfect customer service and great products.
