Okay so it’s really hard to type this because my tears from my horrible experience. I just didn’t like where the location was. Neither did my pimp.

Meh it’s okay. Coffee quality doesn’t differ from other Starbucks, but they are out of two different kinds. Service here isn’t up to par with the Starbucks across the street or other coffee houses in the area. Plus, I had to hassle with the cashier for my receipt.

My daughter and I stopped by here in the morning before school. I love getting free refills with my star rewards. When we walked up to the counter no one was there. I waited about a minute and called out a small«helloooo?» Still nothing. I decided to go around to the back after about 2 minutes. The girl who was working walked out past me without saying a word or even looking at us. «Are you open?» I asked… Nothing. «What time do you open?» Without ever looking up she replies, «at the same time Target opens.» Ok…so we order our drinks. I ask if they have Trenta size, as it isn’t listed. Her response? «Trenta what?» My daughter orders a strawberry smoothie(which just tasted like a pink banana smoothie), I ordered a Trenta White Chocolate Mocha and we sat. Sitting is the only way to get a refill. That’s okay. 15 minutes or so go by and another patron walks in. Of course the barista is missing again. I’m about due for that refill so I stand behind the waiting woman. Another 2 minutes pass and I finally walk to the back and again have to lure the barista away from the guy she seems smitten with back there.(Literally. There is a guy from Pizza Hut back there with her.) I ask for my refill minus espresso. She tells me she has to charge for syrup. I tell her in my 35 refills to date I’ve never ever had to pay for syrup and no one has ever said I needed to. She hands me my coffee and turns her back. «Aren’t you going to scan my card?», I ask. She shoos me away with her hand and says, «for some reason the register won’t let me ring up the syrup, so go head.» Never once did she smile at us or even pretend she was happy to have our business. We were more of an annoyance for having the nerve to need her assistance. We did a tad of shopping in Target and when we were leaving I heard a Target cashier calling the baristas name to let her know she had yet another customer she was neglecting. «Abbyyyy…» I won’t be back here. There are way too many other Starbucks in a 3 mile radius to bother with the attitude here. 1 star is based on Starbucks coffee, and Starbucks coffee alone.
