Store associate was friendly and fast, returned two large boxes of book shelves. The packages are original packages so there wasn’t much for the ups site to do but customer service was good.

Avoid this UPS Store location. I sold a 27″ Apple iMac on eBay and took it to this store for packaging and shipping last November. I paid them to do it since I figured they were the experts and that the computer would arrive safe to it’s destination. It didn’t. What did happen is that the packaging was stamped«fragile» and the computer was heavily damaged upon arrival. Their packaging was woeful and the buyer demanded a refund. The UPS store issued a refund for the cost of the packaging and shipping — nothing more. The buyer of the computer was then instructed by eBay to return the computer to me and they refunded him for the entire purchase. So for 11 months, I have been waiting for my computer to return to no avail. It turns out that somehow, the computer was sent back to the UPS store — who rejected the package so it went back the Buyer then… well no one knows where it went because it never made it to «Lost and Found». I have asked repeatedly for a refund and the latest is that no further refund is coming. Instead, they attempted to mislead me by saying that UPS collects all damage claim items(a quick call to UPS verified that wasn’t at all true). In the end, I’m the big loser here. The Buyer received his money back courtesy of eBay and this UPS Store has no interest in making things right. Don’t be a big loser — don’t ship here. I certainly will not ever again.
