Time Warner Cable

My household has the TWC bundle which provides telephone, tv cable and Internet service. We have had few problems but we are so very impressed with the quick, courteous customer service. The option to leave a callback number makes waiting time so much less tedious. On the few occasions when we’ve had to have a service rep come to our home he arrived promptly and was able to eliminate the problem very quickly. I’ve heard friends talk about other providers and it’s been negative. Chief among their complaints are that they never get to talk to a live person on the phone and that it takes more than 24 hrs to get a service person there. We are always quick to mention the great service we e had with TWC.

Lies and more lies. Hopefully God will strike this place with lightning and shut it down.

WAY to slow and crowded. They still use the «take a number» system!!! DON’T bother, even if you live close, do yourself a favor and go to a location in Charlotte, much quicker and they’re open Sunday’s.

It’s sad enough that I have to give them 1 star just to be able to write the is !!!
DO NOT !!! They will just shut u off because they think u called in to cancel. And when u get home and realize the service is off u have to call of course. But now they have to run a credit check AGAIN, pay $ 100 to reconnect and NO we are sorry whatsoever!!!
WORST cable provider in the USA. DO NOT TAKE THERE SERVICE!!!

Just spent 45 minutes getting the second replacement box in less than one year. Fortunately I was at the front of the line. By the time I left, it was standing room only. The service person was nice, but only three people were working. The equipment should be better and the wait time is totally unacceptable.

A supposed technology company that does not allow you to update your name online or even over the phone for that matter. Other providers allow for equipment return via UPS drop but not TWC. Based on merit alone I would not chose such a company as my service provider. Unfortunately I have little choice in the matter. These modern day mini-​monopolies force consumers to go with the only provider available in their area.
Google Fiber cannot get to Charlotte fast enough!!!

Moved here from San Francisco two weeks ago. The first Time Warner techs installed faulty /​useless equipment (three useless cable boxes) thankfully internet did work. We bought a bundle bc we needed a home office line, that line worked for about two days. We called multiple times and spent way too much time on the phone with this rep and that rep and let me transfer you to this person and that person and well, you need someone to come out, but wait, that will take a week.
Luckily we use streaming devices, Roku and Apple TV.. hey Cable, when you are down, people realize they don’t need you, ass clowns!!!
But wait, there’s more.. .. we had to get a second phone line. and while trying set up the voicemail where not one person tells you the initial pin is the last four numbers of the phone number, again worst customer service ever, so we get locked out.. .you guessed it, another round of chat, then phone call go-​round til we get the surliest tech support jerk.
Gosh I hate these guys.. and I just moved from Silicon Valley, home of the tech-​mecca.. . they talk down to the customer and act like they don’t give a sh** because they don’t and they don’t have to but guess what. We don’t need you anymore. We can stream.

I am disappointed in your service and wish you would honor your word. I live in Charlotte/​Matthews NC and today we have been out of service all day. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. These things happen and that is fair enough, but your poor customer service is unacceptable. Last night I spoke with a TWC representative who stated we could receive a deal of TV+ 50MBPS for $ 44.99. I was told by this person that we were signed up for it. Today I get a call stating they would like to speak with us about a deal. I explained that we had already been given a deal we were happy with. When the new rep checked the records the deal was nowhere to be found and I was told that the deal would not be honored. I am currently looking for service elsewhere and plan to cancel my service. I have spent countless time wasted with your reps. I asked to speak with a manager and apparently its policy not to let customers speak with managers. I am sorely disappointed. I expect a company of your size and magnitude to keep your word.

Despite what Unilocal says this store is open today. I’m here today much like I was yesterday, to exchange modems. I currently have no Internet access. The soonest that they can get to me is next Tuesday. Very unacceptable according to my wife. The first suggestion of the roadrunner rep was to exchange modems. I did that yesterday. The modem that they gave me was dead on arrival. Today I went to Best Buy and bought my own modem. Now I’m sitting and waiting at the Matthews location to return the dead modem as well as a power supply from the original modem. The reps here are generally very helpful and polite.
