Uncle Bob’s Self Storage

I discovered this place just randomly searching online, because I wanted something cheaper than Public Storage. I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into, but then I said hey it can’t be that bad.
From the moment I called to inquire about storage it has been great. The rep on the phone was extremely friendly, but not to the point where it was weird. He was very, very helpful, asked the right questions to make sure my needs would be met, followed up with email. When we went to move our stuff into the storage unit, I was definitely pleased. The grounds are well kept, clean and I felt very comfortable leaving my valuables there. The lady that greeted me at the counter was just as pleasant as the young man that I originally spoke to on the phone. Original access to the storage space was easy and straight forward.
I’ve been a customer now for 2 months and plan to be a customer as long as I need storage space.
Overall great customer service, clean environment, cheaper than their competitors, hey you can’t go wrong. It is a win-​win situation.
