Can’t say enough about this place-​they were fabulous. Due to a break in on our Tundra need driver’s side door repainted which they did and also painted the scratch on the next door. Called to update us on the procedure and also when it was ready. The service from Enterprise Car Rental was also exceptional recommend them in a heart beat! Thanks so much

Not only was my vehicle repaired in less than a week, Sean had given me updates on the repair status of my vehicle each time they were in a different step of the process. I also received text notifications as well. I felt they were very up front and honest about my repairs, and answered all questions I had regarding the parts they would be using and their paint matching process. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them, I also called back with a few questions in the process of the repair and those were answered promptly. Would recommend taking your vehicle here for cosmetic damage, can’t speak on any other damage because that is not what I had. They’re repairs also come with a lifetime guarantee which I like.

Wilburn Auto were excellent at fixing my wrecked backend of my Infinity. Ryan Pencek let me know my progress by text and phone. They were quick and professional. They started right away, thoroughly did the work right down to replacing screws. They worked with the other parties insurance and I did not have to be involved in that process nor pay any extra fees. Completely recommend.

I took my Chevy express work van here after a deer used it for target practice. My insurance recommended this place. Dropped it off the Tuesday before thanksgiving. I just picked it up 2 days ago on the 3 week anniversary. That’s right folks! 3 weeks. Now, my vehicle is not a Mercedes, BMW or a corvette. It’s a white work van, like the hundreds you see on the road daily. I had some minor damage to my door and bumper area. Was told parts were ordered. The (new & used) parts were delivered to them «uh hem» broken. Not once… But twice. Something began smelling… It must of been all the BS that was being thrown my way.
Bottom, line. If you like lousy customer service. This is your place. I put a couple of phone calls into the manager to discuss why my white Chevy express work van takes 3 weeks to fix. Unfortunetly, I didn’t get to speak with him. He returned my calls after I had picked up the van. No apology for the delay. So I guess this is normal operating procedure for them. I had to call them for updates after the first week. Would leave a message with the rep and get a call back the next day, if I was lucky.
Now, after I picked it up. I heard a very bad rattling sound. I checked the front bumper. It was installed either incorrectly or broken. I just don’t have any more patience to leave my truck with them. I really got the feeling they’re more about volume then quality of work. Customer service is definitely not they’re focal point. The chances of me ever taking another vehicle here are not very good.

This place is horrible! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Besides taking well over 3 weeks to replace a front fender and minor other things… No one keeps you updated other than empty promises. The manager doesn’t even return messages!
Awful experience!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! They bondo’d my car door so much that it caused my paint to CRACK! I moved to Illinois where the roads are salted all of the time in the winter and the crack started to rust. Lifetime Guarantee my rear end. If you can’t get the job done right the first time, I am NOT driving over 800 for these idiots to fix it again. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE! Poor quality.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WILBURN!!! I took my car there because my insurance adjuster was in house and I figured if they recommended it, then it must be ok. Besides how badly could they mess up a fender bender repair? Boy was I wrong. I took my car in to get a bumper replaced and a new headlight and when I picked my car up MY POWER WINDOWS NO LONGER WORKED. When I took the car back they said to take it to the dealership and they would take care of it once the dealership figured out what the problem was. Once the dealership diagnosed the problem Wilburn insisted that it wasn’t their fault and they weren’t going to pay. I don’t understand how they think that the windows worked fine when I brought my car there and when I picked it up they don’t work but it somehow isn’t their fault. Who else’s fault could it be? Once I brought it back they said they didn’t do a lot of electrical work. Then why did you replace my headlight and fuse box? They even tried to tell me that my car had been in an accident before WHICH I KNOW ISN“T TRUE and even if the car was in a prior accident whoever fixed it that time did a better job than Wilburn because at least they had the power windows working. Bottom line this auto repair shop breaks more things than they fix and doesn’t take responsibility for the things they break. I’m not sure how they are still in business but they definitely shouldn’t be. I will never take my car back here and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.
