Service and Quality! Had a bad flat that destroyed my tire and tube on a ride across LI to Montauk. Called Country Time to see if they were open and Greg offered to come get me! He had my biked fixed in no time and off I went. Hard to find impeccable service and quality in this day and age but you will find it here!

Drove by and decided to stop in to get some ideas for bike routes to the wineries. Greg was extremely helpful in giving us great ideas where to bike, eat, drink, he outlined very specifically on a map for us where we should bike suggesting the best roads. We were lucky we stopped in otherwise we would probably have gotten lost! Greg was super friendly and obviously knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommend!

Great local shop guys are always friendly prices are great can’t beat them. Normally work quick on the bikes during the summer season no complains here!

Roadside emergency assistance ! We had a complete tire blowout on a borrowed bike in the middle of the North Fork. When I called Country Cycles which I knew about because I once dropped off someone there with their broken bike, Greg offered to drive his van to pick us up some 10 miles away! Once at the shop, the tube and tire were promptly replaced and we were on our merry way. Excellent customer service!
