This place is really lame. The manicurists rush you, there’s no friendliness. The air quality is bad and chemically. The space is nice and modern, but the people who work there seem miserable. Just generally a bummer of an experience.

I have been here several times and I found the staff to be friendly and competent. The salon is very clean and they follow sanitizing procedures. The reason the the loss of a star is my most recent visit. The nail tech(an older gentleman) was a little too rough… I came away with irritations on a toe and a finger… also he sped through the pedicure. Although my nails looked nice, it wasn’t the pampering experience I have gotten used to. Also. no back massage… guess my 25% tip wasn’t enough for him

Do not get a massage here!!! I have had many massages in many different countries… None were as creepy and violating as this one! I have never made a Unilocal review but I would never want a parent to send their teenage child here for a massage and for her(or him) not to understand what was happening was wrong! I’m embarrassed that I did not speak up at the time but I myself(34 yr old female) was completely shocked and trying to justify it by saying«cultural difference»… It WASNOT! I’m sure I’m not the only person to have experienced this… The«therapist» had a bottle of Ed hardy cologne on his station! Ugh!!! Soooo humiliating

Sorry have to disagree with alot of the reviews. I have lived out here for 10 years and have always disliked the nail salons out here — I did like dellaquilla for nails but they are ridiculously expensive — 50 bucks for a pedicure that is just a basic pedicure and 20 bucks for a basic manicure — here, for 50 bucks for a pedicure you get a very fancy pedicure including a 30 minute massage. Or you can do a basic pedicure for 20 bucks. that is not expensive as these things go — and a basic manicure for 10 bucks. pedicures go up to 70 dollars but that is a pure ‘experience’ thing and nice to endulge in if one can afford it but a luxury. People are nice, spa is very clean, they are staffed very well with lots of manicurists even during the week so if there is a wait it is quick. high quality products. It’s a very updated spa — chairs are great and products are high quality. not sure where you would go to get cheaper in this area — anyway, for me a big thumbs up.

After coming here for the first time. I love it! Vivian did an excellent job on my shellac manicure. The space is modern & clean and they play good music. I can’t wait to come back here in a few weeks for a pedi as well. Their pedi stations look great — but it was way too cold today for a pedi. My shoulder and neck massage while my nails were drying was amazing as well. The staff is friendly and I look forward to coming back for many more services.

I came in this past weekend for my sister’s wedding and was very disappointed. I offered to pay for my sister’s mani/pedi because it was her special day. She was still finishing up her pedicure-so the man said he would find out what she had done, and asked me to wait at the desk. He said that she had a $ 70 pedicure and $ 55 manicure– which seemed very pricey to me, but it was her wedding so I just paid for it. Later that day, my sister told me that she had NOT gotten the top of the line manicure that they claimed, but rather the basic pedicure + gels and that her total should have been around $ 75 together instead of the $ 125 that they charged me. I am VERY disappointed that this salon would take advantage of customers like this, and grossly overcharge for services they did not provide! Long Story Short– Make sure you double-check their math and only pay for what you actually had done! What a scam! **Also, my manicure(not gel) was chipped by that afternoon because they dilute their white nail polish and clear coats.**

The space was nice, and while the prices are high on the upgraded services you can still get a basic mani/pedi for $ 30. I had the vitamin E pedicure which involved the best foot rub I’ve ever had(with Lisa) and a salt scrub. Unfortunately, the guy who painted my fingernails(while nice) did it very quickly and it didn’t turn out well at all. It chipped the same day. They offer a complimentary shoulder massage while your nails are drying that are amazing. Hopefully I just caught them on an off day for my nails.

Went here on a Saturday — great job on my mani/pedi, reasonable prices, great 10 min massage

Visited today and can tell you that Epic is totally overpriced. Had an upgraded pedi and was very disappointed. Place is clean and people friendly but too eager for their tip. I will not be back.

My first visit to this salon was a great experience. They were very busy on a rainy morning, but they fit me in without an appointment and my wait was less than 10 minutes. Everyone was very courteous and nice. The salon itself is clean and nicely decorated with good lighting and inoffensive music(not Asian elevator music!) The massage chair could have kneaded with more gusto for my taste, but I’m just picky that way. The young man who did my pedicure was professional and thorough, asking me exactly what I wanted done and checking in with me to make sure it was perfect. His foot massage was fantastic and callous removal and polish job was spot on. While my toes were drying, another young man came over and offered me a neck and shoulder massage, which was delightful and very well executed(and is part of the regular service, not an add-on charge.) Does life get any better than this? $ 33 for a great pedicure with callous removal seems to be about average in my opinion, and they really go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated, unlike the perfectly dreadful Angel Tips Salon down the road. Bravo for a great new nail salon in sleepy Mattituck!

Very clean, friendly staff but prices are SUPER high! $ 50 for mani/pedi and chipped both chipped within a day!!! Very disappointed! Also gave her $ 60 she gave me back a $ 10 bill it would have been nice for her to give me back a $ 5 bill and 5 singles in case I wanted to tip 15% instead of 20%…parking is also limited
