This was not my first time however it will be the very last! I took a pair of jeans to Harold’s because they had one ink spot on them. He told me it would be $ 6. When my husband went to pick them up the owner gave him several excuses why he can’t find them. One of the excuses was that a disgruntled employee ripped off all of the tags on all of the clothes and threw them down so they don’t know what belongs to whom. He said he will look for them and call. A couple weeks later hubby and I go back. The owner said, «Well, you never called so I thought you found them.» It was NOT up to my husband to call. He then said that he will look again and he will call. He never called. We both went there again and he raised his voice very loudly claiming now that someone paid $ 4.75 for them and took them home. He even said they were all stained up anyway. They were not. He is rude. He told us that he doesn’t HAVE to do anything to reconcile this issue. If you want professionalism this is not your cleaner!

Amazing customer service, friendly! Other reviews seem to be one-time experiences… They have a card reader now also. They are the most affordable and do a better job than other cleaners in town.

Decent prices. The only complaint I have is this: I dropped my wedding dress off in May, told them I wasn’t in a hurry and I’d get it in a few weeks(my sister in law lent it to me and wasn’t going to be back home for a few months). I came back 6 weeks later and asked for it. «It’s not done.» Um, ok…“When will it be done?” «You said you wouldn’t be back for a few weeks.» «Ma’am, that was 6 weeks ago. I need it by Saturday.» «Well, we’ll see if we can get it done by then.» Wow, great. Like I said, cheaper than the other places in town and they do good work.

Everything I would expect from a top notch dry cleaner is not to be found at this establishment. There are only three parking spots but don’t worry — they are never occupied! I walked in and handed my slacks over to a friendly lady who smiled and said«that will be $ 4.50 on Wednesday afternoon. I stand there. «No ticket?» I ask, slightly confused. «No we don’t do that here.» she assured me that she would remember me. Fast forward to Wednesday afternoon. I get off of work at 5 pm and take the three minute drive to pick up my slacks. They were closed. They close at 5… really? Fast forward to Thursday at noon. I show up and walk inside the place and hand my debit card to the same lady who took my slacks. «Oh we don’t do that here.» Really? You don’t take debit cards?! There is a way to combine old fashioned customer service with the 21st century and Harold’s hasn’t figured it out and I don’t think they care to.
