Mary brings together a combination of outstanding skills as a chef and respect for sustainable organic ingredients that cannot be beat. Her taste level and palate are without a doubt, among the very best on the Island. I hired Mary to plan and prepare a welcome celebration for my family on our vacation trip, and before our amazing meal was over, we all agreed that Mary needed to come back to prepare the last meal of our trip. Mary’s wonderful Aloha spirit makes the experience just that much more special. I recommend her unreservedly!
