Dairy Queen

I love this Dairy Queen since Its down the street from where I live. I would come here for lunch like every other week. No bad experience here so far. The food is great! Main course or dessert. Customer service is not bad and place is not dirty like said.

Worst drive thru I have ever been too. There were at least four people in the store doing absolutely nothing so they were not busy. I asked for a napkin and they all stared at me and said nothing. There was a girl at the register right in front of the window just staring at me! When I was ordering the guy didn’t listen to a word I was saying and I had to repeat myself several times. He could hear me but he said he wasn’t paying attention. Absolutely horrible service!

Been going to Dairy Queen mayfield hts since the 80’s…this visit today was one I’m not happy with… floor was so sticky and dirty… area of prep totally out control… we ordered wedding cake blizzard in waffle cone… flavor was excellent though spending almost 5.00 with tax for half full waffle cone a bit pricey… have to consider taking future business across the street

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Whoa. I’m not understanding the disdain for this Dairy Queen, lol.
Aside from it being EXTREMELY busy in the summer (esp. on Sundays), I’ve personally never had a bad experience here and I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened.
I love sipping on Orange & Strawberry Juliuses in the summer. Their hot dogs are so delicious (I’m a hamburger/​hot dog snob. I’m very particular about my ‘Murican eats). The blizzards are classic and can satisfy any sweet tooth with their many cookie/​candy flavors (Mint Oreo makes me cry tears of nomz).
I’m hungry now.

The kids lack of customer service ruins the DQ experience here. Pay the extra money to have adults interact with paying customers. The girl moments ago ruined the fun DQ experience my son enjoys. He said hi as he always does and the girl ignored him. This DQ has fallen so much. If i could rate this facility a minus i would… take the extra time and drive to the 91 & euclid ave DQ. Trust me…

i will not be going back to this dairy queen ever again… I usually love dairy queen and i really love the brownie earthquakes but i always and note i have never had this issue with ANY other dairy queen i have ever been too. I like my brownie warm so they usually toss it in the microwave before making it. So this was my first time at this one and they informed me that they were not going to do this and it wasn’t because it was rules or anything it was because this little teenager whom stated she was the supervisor didn’t feel like doing it. Asked to speak to someone who was higher up than her and there was another young girl standing there talking to the employees. She informed me that she was the manager but she was clocked out so i could only deal with her. The entire store was full of teens working there hanging out and talking about what they were going to do this weekend, no one was working so the time she took to explain to me why she wouldn’t heat my brownie i gladly let her know she could have been getting it together by now. She was rude and very unprofessional. wont be going back there ever again.

decent, for a dairy queen. has a drive through and pretty big parking lot. does not seem to inspire the crowds or people sitting on their cars people watching like you see at east coast custard, but overall not bad.
