Overall, the staff was great to me. I’m new to the vaping thing, so I had a lot of questions. They did give a few eye-rolls when I asked about certain vaporizers, but that’s what I expected from the younger kid behind the counter. Some of the patrons were also very helpful. We tried about 20 different flavors of «juice» before settling on 6 that we bought to try at home. This was a lot of fun. I was expecting him to get tired of us trying all the different flavors, but he just kept handing them over! I quit smoking a few weeks ago, and vaping has really helped. I’ll definitely be back here, as it’s the best option for a proper vape store on the east-side of Cleveland.

I’ve been to several vape shops in Cuyahoga and Summit county, this is hands down my favorite. 1) They have the widest variety of flavors. My favorites are Baja Blaster, Code Pink, Code Blue, and Orange cream. Every month they add 2 — 3 new flavors. The best part is that they make their own. 2) The staff is excellent. They know their product, and the don’t try to rip people off. I’ve witnessed a few interactions with first time vapers coming to the shop asking for advice, he recommended to Evod starter kit. Which is inexpensive, but perfect for beginners. It’s nice to see them not take advantage of the newbies trying to get into the game. 3) Last, but not least, they offer a wide selection of hardware for all skill levels. Basic CE4 tanks for beginners — to rebuildables for the most skilled vapers. Don’t think twice before coming to this place! Since coming here, it’s the only vape shop for me.

The shop itself is plain — no decorations, no ambiance. Not very inviting — just white walls, a display case, 2 – 3 laminated lists of about 50 e-juices. The e-juices aren’t even displayed but rather off to the side where you can hardly see them. For a business that has been at this location for close to a year, it is a bit ridiculous to be so visually barren. First time I went was a few weeks ago with my husband. The guy behind the counter was nice enough although he chatted loudly with his friends coming in and out of the shop. No biggie but unprofessional. We tried a few e-juices, bought two or three and left. The second(ANDLAST!!) time I visited this place was yesterday. TERRIBLE. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. We walk in about 6pm and there was this girl behind the counter. She just gawks at me as I walk in. I’m thinking, «Okay…» No, «Hello.» No «Welcome to Ecignificance.» No, «How can I help you tonight?» Just NOTHING but eyeballs! My husband and I start looking at new batteries and he says to me, «I think I might want to buy the Kanger» and the girl said, «What was that?» What the hell? Were we even talking to you? And the way she said, «What was that?» had major attitude like we had just said something nasty behind her back — I was so confused. It was such a bizarre experience that I was left speechless. He then reiterated what he said(even though he was talking to ME) and she starts rattling off what they had and what they didn’t have. My husband then asked about the coils and if it mattered with the battery he was purchasing and she abruptly said, «No. It doesn’t matter.» I was FLOORED with not only her nasty freakin attitude but with her lack of knowledge regarding ecigs. She needs to be F.I.R.E.D. immediately as she’s not only horrible at her job but has an extremely nasty attitude to boot. While we may not know about coils, batteries, mAh, etc. like the back of our hands, we DO know that it DOES matter — we just weren’t clear. She then started talking to the woman who was there at the counter when we arrived. I’m assuming it was her friend as they chatted about about Ms. Attitude’s kids and how they were, «annoying and drives her crazy.» It was just a trashy, unprofessional, rude, weird experience from the moment we walked in. At that point, I was 100% over it. One thing I will never tolerate when I’m about to spend money is terrible customer service. I was done with her rudeness, her lack of knowledge and her overall demeanor. At that point, I looked at my husband and stated, «You know what, I’m actually going to buy online.» He told the lady, «Nevermind. We’ve changed our minds» and we walked out. I was so puzzled and annoyed at how we were treated. They have A LOT to learn if they want to stay in business and retain loyal customers. They can actually learn A LOT from a place like Legend Vapor. The experiences between the two are like night and day. Or Heaven and Hell! Ecignificance just lost two customers who are not only in their area, but who buy vaping items monthly. I would rather buy online or make the 40 minute trek to Akron to Legend Vapor than to EVER give Ecignificance another glance. Hell, I’d rather go next door to Twisted Headz Smokeshop, where the prices are SUPER marked up, just to avoid giving Ecignificance my business and money. Here’s some common knowledge: You treat customers horribly, your business will undoubtedly fail. Simple as that.
