Men’s Wearhouse and Tux

I came in here for my wedding to rent my tux as well as set up my 6 groomsman. I needed a national carrier as none of my groomsmen are local. Was undecided of the type of jacket that i wanted and because i am not a size 42 would not have been able to try the jacket i wanted on until a week before my wedding. They made no effort to have a sample jacket in (i offered to pay for this) or were willing to see if any store carried my size to try on. They only said a manager would call. Never received a call. Went elsewhere and got a much better deal for the same tux and was able to try on a jacket at another location (i had to do my homework to find a jacket with tails, but ended up going with a classic tux) Will never again use their services as i have found a national competitor with more class (you can message me if you want to know who)

I had not bought a suit since the cows came home. I did not know where to start but I knew that I wanted excellent customer service, and a knowledgeable salesperson to get me back up to speed. The last suit that I purchased had to be in about 1990 or so. So I hit a few men’s store and was kind doubtful after leaving those location that I would find someone that had my best interest in mind, and could translate my suit buying anxiety into a successful and beneficial experience.
So while traveling down Mayfield Road there was some guy that was just in my butt and driving kind of aggressively. Well he worked at Men’s warehouse and I figured well I can talk to anyone BUT him. Well, at the desk as I walked in was Todd Sorgen. I started talking with him about my suit buying experience and all the information that I learned on the internet about suits and he knew exactly what I was referring to. Very knowledgeable about suits, colors and matching accessories up. Very pleasant and helped me through purchasing two suits. I’m really happy with my purchases and the way Mr. Sorgen addressed my issue with no pressure, At the end of trying on suits I really did not have any question as to whether to purchase the suits or not. What a great buying experience this was.

Picture this… I“ve been shopping for a TALL, LARGE grey pea coat most of November and December. I’m desperate. I show up as a last resort, thinking «no way». Dominic who helped me was awesome. And, I walked out buying TWO coats for my impossibly tall, skinny 21 year old tapeworm of a son. OK, he has really wide shoulders, but looks like a death camp survivor.
The coats were NOT in the store, but this man managed to have them delivered to the store on CHRISTMAS EVE so I could pick them up and have them wrapped for Christmas.
These coats were perfect, and exactly what I wanted. OK, the second coat, I didn’t know I wanted, but had to have it when I saw how cool it was. Impulse shopping. Moms. Sons. Sorry. :)

I have been shopping at this Men’s Wearhouse for about ten years. What I like is the quality and prices when they have sales. Also, if you are a guy who does not like to shop for his own clothes, this is the place for you. They will help you pick out what might go along with that new suit you just bought. Unfortunately, the help is inconsistent. Some salespersons are better than others. I recently bought a defective coat, and got it replaced without hassle, as it should be. With a little more consistent service, I would give this four stars.
