Purchased my used MKZ almost one year ago to date. Took car in for once over before leaving on vacation. Service Rep Brian Stofko was tremendous. I had some concerns about my A/C. He gave me a quote to check it out, which I found reasonable. Waited for the service in waiting room. Little while later Brian came in and updated me on the A/C. Said everything was working well and didn’t need to charge me what was quoted! Tell me another car dealership service center would REDUCE a quote? Finished the service and said if the A/C was still acting up before I was planning to leave, bring it in immediately and he would get it taken care of. As another Nick would say, «What’s not to like?»

Absolutely horrible people. I dealt with Ronald Jofferion specifically, and he was the most unprofessional, insolent, and incompetent person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He patronized me, belittled me, and then got frustrated with me when I actually had my ducks in a row. Apparently this dealership doesn’t want to make ANY sales. If you are wise, stay away from this unnerving place!
