This is my favorite local SW store. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. For several months I was debating the exterior color for our house. SW has a fantastic service for $ 45 where a designer will come to your house and suggest colors. The colors the designer chose were perfect. Beyond paint, I have also found that their wallpaper selection is excellent.

Poor service. Staff obviously does not care. Lots of people in the store and only two people working. Supposedly, they «match» paint… they don’t do a good job. Got a completely different color; painted it on the wall, next to the Behr paint color I was trying to copy. It was yellow toned and warm as opposed to the cool color with a blue undertone that I wanted to copy.
My advice: 1). Do NOT try to copy another manufacturer’s color from a chip or sample. It doesn’t not work at Sherwin Williams. 2). If you must have Sherwin Williams Paint, go to the store on South Taylor; staff is great and the store is much nicer. 3). Their paint it super-​overpriced. Wait for a 40% sale. Or buy Behr, their paint is far superior, IMO, at least for the interior projects.
