So after a number of wonderful experiences dealing with the clerks at video signals in maynard I was appalled at the service provided. Today I was sold a faulty toy without packaging. Upon light use the toy broke. Unhappy with the quality of the item, I returned to the store with broken item in hand and proceeded to receive the worst customer service from a person in charge that I have gotten in a long time. Without going into the full details, the highlights being a poor attitude, being blamed for the toy breaking and a dismissive attitude when expressing my disappointment with the service I received. Hopefully they can learn from this experience and provide future customers better service.
