Worst place I have ever had to deal with. If I could give no stars I would. No one knows what they’re doing. Apartment was completely filthy when we moved in. Also worst move in experience of my life. I will never recommend this place to anyone. There’s places down the street with more space for the same price or same Sq footage for less per month.

REQUIRESHUGEDEPOSIT, HIGHUTILITYBILLS, RIDICULOUSCHARGESWHENMOVINGOUT! I Lived here 13 months. Office staffs were constantly changing. Every time i had to deal with different ladies. Expensive for the area. Huge deposit was required. High utility bills. Paid at least $ 60 – 70 for elec and close to $ 100 for gas when I was away for 2 months!!! One month my gas bill was over 200. This is too much for one person utility. My prev 3500 sqft house costed much less. Most fun part was moving out. Since they asked for close to $ 2500 deposit to move in, i wanted most back, since my apt was in excellent condition. They charged $ 300for the reasons I couldn’t understand. Charge of 150 for in-house maintenance person to clean. Another ridiculous $ 150 for carpet marks since i had some«heavy furnitures.»

DONOTMOVEINHERE, TOXICMOLDINFESTATION!!! Complete and utter disregard for the safety of their tenants. Their maintenance staff is severely negligent and the company has done everything in their power to hide the problem and cast us off. We have multiple tests that confirm presence of Stachybotrys Chartarum, AKA«the Toxic Black Mold». We also had the apartment tested for the poisons that are produced by this mold, a test that cost us $ 1800. The test confirmed the presence of high levels of toxins produced by mold, namely Tricothecene Mycotoxins, among other harmful substances. This type of toxin can only be produced by mold. It is also known as one of the most deadly neurotoxins in the world. We have suffered, and continue to suffer tremendously with intense neurological issues, horrible gastrointestinal problems(diarrhea for months on end, acid reflux, etc.), sinus and breathing problems, and the list goes on. My dog has even suffered tremendously. He developed a nasty skin condition while we were there and I had to shave him down to his skin and rub him down with hydrogen peroxide. That was 4 months ago and he still scratches and his fur still hasn’t grown in, and may never grow back in correctly. I lost everything, EVERYTHING that I own, including a car that was contaminated, and they had the nerve to send me a bill for not only rent until the end of the lease, but also for removing my personal property, painting the walls, and replacing the carpet. This bill was about $ 14,000. Come to find out from a visit to see a friend in the neighborhood that even two months after sending me a bill, they hadn’t done any of the work, nor removed any of my property. To top it all off, aside from one stain in the carpet, that apartment was maintained immaculately by us. Even after being given copies of the test results, they continued to deny the mold’s existence. As of now, 4 other tenants in units close to mine have dealt with weird problems with their health that their doctors couldn’t pin down to anything. Most of their symptoms were very similar to our. It bears to note that our second inspection found mold around HVAC ducts and the unit, also around returns and many other places, not just the place we originally found it. This leads us to believe it may be in other apartments. Two of the families we know about moved out of the apartment building because they were having weird unexplained medical problems. They spend a lot of time maintaining the grounds, but from my experience its all for show and to hide the real problems. On top of this mold problem, we had a fire most likely caused by their landscaping company that almost burned down the entire building, constant noise from the tenants upstairs, and you could hear dripping sounds randomly, many times a day, in different parts of the apartment(possibly more water intrusion?). Oh, and we also had 2 attempted break-ins. As said by others, their staff is very unfriendly and turns over about every 3 months. This seems to be by design. Our story is much more detailed and insane than I can even begin to explain in a review. They know that the possibility exists that these other tenants got sick from the same mold and to date, and to our knowledge, they have done nothing/next to nothing to fix the problem properly. PROPERLY is the key term here, they may have temporarily removed some portion of the mold, or covered it up(most likely), but my contacts that still live there surely haven’t seen any remediation companies there to fix the problem. When i re-visited the apartment as i mentioned previously, they had maintenance men in there with ZERO protection… no masks, no hazmat suits, etc, which is protocol NOMATTERWHAT, with this type of mold and the toxins that are heavily present in that apartment. Most buildings like this that develop a Stachybotrys infestation must be condemned. This company has no business in the housing business. Their maintenance staff is woefully under qualified, they have terrible ill will, and their only motivation is $$. They couldn’t care any less about their tenants.
