Atrocious customer service. Chaotic queuing process leaves customers standing around with no one to help or offer assistance. The stench of apathy permeates the air in this particular location. Overpriced products for the services rendered to customers.

Beware… Current Lenscrafters policies have left the staff to beomce inattentive and rude given how overworked they are. It’s the only way I can rationalize why my wife and I can go in there(both of us long time Lenscrafters customers, and trust me, products here aren’t cheap) and try to get an adjustment on our Lencrafters-purchased glasses and have such a horrible experience. The guy quickly adjusts our glasses and doesn’t even clean them! Frankly, we didn’t even think about until we were already outside the mall. We look at one another and realize, «you know, I don recall them even taking out the bottle and cleaning them off». Really? Is this basic level of service too difficult. Obviously retail has gotten so bad as to effect even the most basic level of service. Enter at your own risk…
