I was told on the phone that they had soy wax. I drove 20 miles to realize that I had been misinformed. They had nothing of the kind. Also whomever had answered the phone wouldn’t admit to taking the call. AC Moore from now on!

Good customer service, nice variety of items and the store is well kept. One of my favorite aspects of this Michael’s is the interactive employees who always seem to be interested in what project you’re buying for. Seems like a no brainer for a craft store, but we’ve never encountered that kind of customer service at an AC Moore.
