Amazing service very friendly and clean staff. Platinum Fireplaces saved me just under 5,000.00 when other fireplace companies told me my living room gas unit was shot and not repairable. I call Platinum Fireplaces and the service tech came out that day. Platinum Fireplaces service tech inspected the unit and told me my remote control receiver box was bad. 250.00 later my fireplace works like it’s brand new. By far the best most honest service company I ever call on. If possible I would rate them with 100 stars. Highly recommend Platinum Fireplaces to anyone.
