My husband and I went to your store today. We were serviced by Shadava Toleito. Shadava took her time in servicing our needs, answered all our questions, and all around tremendously helped us. We are attorneys and are dependent on having working cellular phones. It is rare to have such excellent customer care. I would recommend Sprint service, and I would highly recommend friends and family members to be serviced by Shadava. And last, Vishal Patel, the sales manager, came over to make sure our needs were met. Thank you.

I went to this store because my texts had disappeared from iMessages and it still showed that iMessages had been taking up space on my phone. The answer I got from the store was«your processor ran out of memory.» They also told me that my phone would never show free storage unless I hard reset the phone.

This place gets CRAZY!!! the employees are awesome because they always try to make the miserable people in the store smile. Ive seen some crazy stuff when i go into this store. people/«the customer» need to learn customer behavior or how to act in public. People can be so disgusting and the way they treat the employees is an atrocity to human behavior. give these guys a chance and they can help go in with a «Ive been with you forever» attitude and well welcome to a rude awaking. this is a place of biz not a place to shovel out your emotional problems. The girls are hot that work there and the dudes crack me up with the way they joke around. If you want a show do to this sprint store and just see how they all act. the management is cool and the boss boss looks like someone you DONT want to see outside in a bad situation. lol so if your that type of person to catch attitudes with people for no reason because you think your gods gift to the world and that your money is precious then stay away… if you enojoy a good laugh and want to actually solve your issues with the company then go here and be polite.

I went there today becuase i had questions about my account and i waited for 30 min before talking to an account rep even though people that came in after me and they were helped immeditaly its because when you walk in they have a greeter and she puts u on a waiting list in the computer well if the reps don’t check it and someone walks in and they are free they grab the person or the greeter directs them over to the rep i guess she forgot she signed me in but they were busy even for 4pm on a tues i guess cuz a ton of people have sprint around the ac area. Also i didn’t really like the rep he seemed like he did not want to help me cuz i only had questions and i was not buying anything so he was not making money on me. Ether way overall the store was very nice and clean they had every phone that sprint has online most stores don’t so i guess thats always good.
