I’ve been a frequent customer here since 2010.
A) I trust them completely. I’ve sold them gold and stones on occasion; the first time I got 2 other quotes and they were the best by far, compared to the usual rip-​offs in that business.
B) I have a couple of expensive watches as well as a bunch of cheap Invicta types (PS don’t waste your money on Invictas). These folks have always done a reasonably priced repair for me, or suggested throwing the piece away if not worth it.
C) Re other jewelry repairs, again very reasonable and honest work.
D) Bottom line; no BS.
I don’t spend thousands on this stuff, but I consider these folks my consultants whenever I need solid advice. They are very friendly in a frank, European way.

Very nice and easy to deal with. Prices are very competative. You won’t believed I also sell most of the items I bought from them and make $.

Long story short. They ruined my Movado watch. Unilocal should have a lower score than one star.
I brought in my watch with a mirrored face because the glass fell off. When I got back there was fingerprint of glue all over the mirrored face.
When I went to pick up the watch, they told me that I had put the fingerprint of glue on the mirrored face. After going back two or three times, they finally tried their best to repair the watch face, but it is ruined.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please be wary of going to this place. I will never be going back.
