The service was great, store clean. However, my sandwich was gross, fell apart. I ordered southwest egg white. They need to test products. wow, just looked at my receipt. $ 7.61 for a sandwich???

Food and drinks are good. This place is great for coffee, tea, smoothies and other beverages. However, if you order a sandwich be prepared to wait a long time and watch employees chat and fill other orders instead of making your food. It’s convenient place to stop but I have yet to have any of my food orders from different visits be done correctly and in a timely manner. That being said I have enjoyed all the sandwiches I have tried even when they do miss an ingredient or add something it shouldn’t have on it.

Just opened at Loyola Med Center
Better food than the usual cafeteria fare, but they do not have the same selection at an Einsteins.
Staffed by only two people. They need one or two more. Service is slow and there was a line at 7:15am. It took 14 min to get a toasted bagel. A manager came out and looked at the line and then walked away.
Ordering seems to be confusing– they are using an IPad for the cash register with a square card reader. So there is no receipt or ticket to get the orders expedited.
