BEST massage I’ve had. Tom was great. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me exactly what I needed. I got the deep tissue sport massage and he worked into my muscles like there was no tomorrow. Happy to make him my regular masseuse. Highly recommended.

Needed a massage big time and found a Groupon for here. Just outside the entrance to the Bergen Town Center, it may seem a little sketchy but trust me it’s not. Tom was extremely professional and one of the best massages I’ve had in a very, very long time. He took the time to find out exactly what was bothering me and what I needed. Will definitely be back.

I smoothly reserved online aided by Tom’s quick responses. For this first visit Tom did a quick assessment, determined that I preferred firm pressure and went to work. Great experience given the friendliness, communication, and professional assessment. This session was originally purchased for my wife but she is absolutely no good at scheduling a break for herself. When the expiration date finally rolled up we decided it’d be her loss and my gain. Tom suggested a Valentine package, that is if I could forcibly enforce a break for her!

I can’t believe I forgot to write a review for this place.
It has been a little while since I went because I am pregnant.
Before that I was going pretty regularly and Tom was wonderful. I found Zen through a groupon and after my 1st visit I was so happy I continued to go back whenever I could.
Tom was always able to work with my busy schedule and fit me in.
He was not only wonderful at what he does but he is a nice friendly guy who makes you very comfortable.

My second time here tonight, just as great as the first! He found my knots within 2 minutes and actually used firm pressure like I asked for. I feel great. He was very caring and checked a few times to make sure it was ok. Very comfortable and peaceful. Best massage in Bergen County!

Tom gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! I have major back issues from sitting at a desk all day and my posture. But, he worked out most of the tension in my shoulders and neck in an hour! I asked for deep tissue, and realizing how tense I was he offered several times to lighten up to avoid hurting me. Even though I need the deep tissue, I still felt very relaxed after the massage. I will be going back regularly.

I had been going to massage schools, first Helma and then Healing Hands. Unfortunately, they both closed. I tried the massage school in Hackensack, but the atmosphere was very cold. I tried Zen because of an Amazon Local deal and I am so glad I did. Tom gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! He showed me that while I thought I had problems with my shoulder and neck, my feet were as bad, if not worse. I’ve been there for a second massage where he worked reflexology on my feet and deep tissue massage on my back. My feet felt so much better! Stay away from places that get kids right out of school and pay them so little that they’re working for tips. Tom’s experience and knowledge are well worth it!

I bought a living social deal for a one hour massage here. The massage itself was extremely good, the place was clean, and Tom was talented and respectful. but I only gave 4 stars because while you are having the massage you can hear the outside traffic on the street very loudly, along with anyone talking in the waiting room… these things make it hard to truly relax.

Tom is great. He’s is very professional and his massages are wonderful. He provides the right amount of pressure. I like firm pressure on my back, and he mixes firm and medium pressure expertly. I always leave feeling very relaxed and fluid.
I only wish he offers special deals and discounts now and then. His Groupon deals are for new customers only.

I’ve been getting massages for 20+ years — some good, some bad, but very few great. I absolutely understand just how rare and valuable a talented massage therapist is. I just had my first massage with Lorraine this morning, and I’m already positive that she is the most skilled therapist I’ve ever experienced. I was so impressed by Lorraine this morning that I felt compelled to immediately write a review — and I never write reviews. Fantastic!

I have been having some back problems and recently visited this center. I was very happy with my massage and felt that the therapist did an amazing job. I have been to several therapists before this one but this place definitely stands above the rest. I just felt that the therapist knew what he was doing and specifically targeted the areas that were bothering me, leaving me feeling much better. I will definitely be back to this place.
