This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Service is terrible, seating is limited due to the stupid architecture, and the drive thru is HORRIBLY slow. It is faster to drive to the Sunnyside location than to go here if you live in McCordsville.

Slowest drive thru north of the smokey mountains. I only say north of the smokey mountains because there is a slow McDonald’s in the Smokey mountains. #bigfail #idispisethisplace

Hands down to the slowest McDonald’s in town! Expect at least 15 min just to get a drink in their drive through. Probably short of staff. Dont go to their drive through if you’re in a rush or you’d be late to wherever you’re going to.

Indianapolis, IN
This is by far the worst run McDonalds in the Indy area (possibly the nation). McDonalds corp literally has the process down to a science, yet be prepared to always have to wait 30 min or more at this drive-​thru during breakfast & lunch, and for your order to be wrong. Doesn’t this defeat the entire purpose of McDonalds’ existence?

Every time we eat at this McDonald’s we have an issue with our order. Today, they took our order and filled all of the orders after ours. I finally had to ask where our food was after several minutes. They had deleted our order from their screen but not filled it. Not good!
