Awesome service, had no package just had a pair of Costa’s to send for repair. Packaged, payed and out the door in less than 5 minutes…

I really don’t like coming here but it’s close to my house. I’m not sure why they ALWAYS have a new person who is SLOW which creates a line. This store needs more than 2 people in the store at all times. Poor management and poor training. They could be more productive if the MANAGER would implement that simple fix.

Heather the store manager is rude and disrespectful to her customers! They scammed my family and when I called to inquire about a refund for services NOT received after my father went to the location, she made racial comments such as «you people» and«if you were normal people». Corporate website says we are due a refund and she says since they’re a franchise that they don’t have to honor corporate policy. That’s when she told me about my «people» and hung up

Eh, this location isn’t one of my favorites customer service is so/so & that’s what I base my review on mostly. There isn’t much urgency from the customer svc reps work on that & i’d give them at least one more star.

For the simple fact that I do not have to go the Post Office anymore, they get a great rating. They can do anything the Post Office can do except they do not look at you like you are a moron for needing to ship something. They are actually helpful. For box customers you get a physical street address, not just a PO box number, and can have packages delivered to, signed for, and stored at a secured location. The employees have always been helpful and I have never had to wait around for anything.
