My first visit to the salon was terrific. I had a 30 minute massage and it was grrreat!
I was most impressed with the pleasant customer service.

I called at the last minute to schedule an appointment ASAP in order to fix some hair color gone wrong — they were able to get me in that day and were very friendly. My stylist was Alisha and she did an excellent job at correcting my color and also painting on highlights that complemented the all-​over color. I had gone in just wanting to «fix» my bad dye job so that my hair was at least bearable, and I came out with a whole new color and highlight that I am absolutely in love with. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely going back!

I get my short hair cut by Alisha, and she is wonderful. It has been difficult finding a Pittsburgh stylist who cuts short hair well. The salon atmosphere can be a bit bustling, but the upstairs spa is quiet and relaxing.
I have also enjoyed massages and facials at Bella Christine.
