Worst experience ever!!! Rented of them for 1 year. They never fixed anything. Staff was so rude. Dealing with Kim Bradly was a nightmare!!! We had mold in the kitchen, the house was falling apart. When we moved in the bathroom was leaking still leaking when we moved out. We lost all of our belongings in the basement due to mold and them not fixing the door properly. Our security deposit was 950.00, was not returned to us in 30 days. WHAT A JOKE !!! I give them — 5 stars!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Rented for a year, bills were never right, the house was not kept for properly and the staff was super unfriendly. Walk, no run, away from dealing with this company!!!
