This place is wonderful! ! I can not even begin on how great they are. I have had several items altered and they are reasonable and do a great job and quick. I had an emergency bridesmaid dress fix and they took care of and did quick!!! Looks beautiful and they fixed the dress ! They are kind and thoughtful and remember their clients by name.

The worst experience EVER! I took eight garments in on a Wednesday and was assured that the alterations would be complete by noon on the following Friday as I was leaving on vacation. I arrived at noon on Friday to find that none of my garments had been touched. I was offered no concessions and sincere apology, only a poor excuse that she’d forgotten.
If you’re in a pinch and need something altered quickly pay the extra money and go somewhere else.

I was very disappointed with my experience at A3. My parents have been long-​time happy customers, so I was pleased when I took two pairs of pants in for a fix and got prompt attention and a very reasonable price quote.
Today, I went in to pick up my pants (which were supposed to be let out to the maximum length) and found that instead of the standard practice of adding a trim piece to be folded under the leg and stitched into the original hemline, she had done a sloppy/​uneven hemline with only the existing fabric — leaving the pants a half-​inch shorter than I requested — and messy and uneven looking.
She acknowledged that this did not look good and was not what I asked for, but told me that she was out of the trim fabric. And, if I went to the fabric store to get the trim fabric she would re-​do them. As I am leaving town tomorrow, I asked if instead I could just be refunded and pay someone else to fix them properly.
She refused to refund the money though she acknowledged that the pants looked bad and that she had not done the service that was requested/​paid for.
Luckily, it’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such terrible customer service.
I will not be back and caution others if you choose to risk doing business here.

They do an excellent job! Love the two pairs of work pants they took in the waist and butt for me. Good price, fabulous results. They ONLY TAKE CASH… but there is an ATM in the Kroger’s around the corner.
