It’s getting harder each day to find a good Primary Care Physician. Medical School students steer clear due to low pay and constant pressure from insurance companies. The result for the consumer is often poor care and even worse service and treatment by over-​worked office staff.
In this case, the care I received was competent, but I tolerated this office staff, and manager, for 8 years before I’d finally had enough and moved on. It got so bad that I had to fight with them to call in a prescription for me, or issue me a referral.
