Recently shopped here and I found a few pieces for my son. Many of the items were priced reasonable and fair. I did find it annoying that the clothes were placed so high. I am not a very tall person so shopping through the top shelf was an issue for me, especially when I’m wearing my child in a carrier. I didn’t bother looking and shpped the other shelves that was reachable. Another complaint I have were the clearance bins. They were underneath the bottom shelf. I only saw the bins bc I literally ran over them. Couldn’t they be on a table where customers can go through them without bending down? Overall, I do see myself shopping here again, but I would shop the other kid to kid locations before I go to this location.

I am pleased with this Kid to Kid. I appreciate them not rushing through things that you bring in. They take their time to evaluate your items which is great because they typically offer to buy more items than some other baby/kid resale shops. I will definitely sell here again!

Overall great option for gently used items. They have had a couple ‘not so nice’ employees but that has seemed to not be the case lately. What they give is standard and fair comparing to what I have experienced. If you want top dollar for name brand sell direct, otherwise a great way to get and sell!

Disappointed in customer service and store policy. First time in here and no plans to visit these stores again. Store policy is if it final sale can’t be returned however being my first time in I got items that should have been big on my 6 month old for summer 12mo size and the shoulders were too tight. The store would not allow return because of final mark down your options are store credit only. I shop sales at Carter’s Target Kohls or walmart the prices are not that different.

Let’s talk unethical business practices shall we? I drop off about 15 items. All brand name either polo or Jannie and Jack. I’m not expecting a fortune for them but considering said items sell in store for $ 6-$ 12 I was thinking at least $ 2 an item. I drop off the items and the lady working said she would call me. 4 hours later no call so I call them and they said«We took some items but not all and we can give you $ 12.» So I specially said that I wasn’t sure I wanted to sell and wanted to see what all they were taking and not taking for $ 12 and I would be back the next day. Fast forward to today and I see they wanted to buy nearly everything for only $ 12. I understand this is a business and hats off that some people are suckers and allow you to take 500% + margins but not me. I very politely decline the offer to the lady helping me(presumably the owner) and she proceeds to tell me that I’m bound to accept the offer since I left the store. So just because I want to sell to you I’m bound to accept any ludicrous offer you throw my way? I proceed to explain the situation to her and yesterday’s events and she AGAIN tells me I have to accept her offer. She must have sensed my blood boiling because she finally said«I will make an exception this one time.» Again I thanked her and said«Have a good day» even though I really wanted to tell her to go fly a kite. She didn’t even look at me or say bye. HOWRUDE! I understand everyone wants to make a buck but there are just plain unethical business practices here. Bullying customers and making up unlawful claims is just comical to me. Perhaps the village idiot will fall for your games but not me. I sincerely hope people get smart and realize your business model is unethical and highway robbery. Either that or people will catch on that your prices are competitive with any brand name store at the outlet just down the street where you can get items brand new and not support such an unethical shop. Good riddance!

I was disappointed when the sales lady lied and said the motorized vehicle doesn’t come with a charger and that the bike battery has to be replaced as a whole. I found out later it does in fact should come with a charger. To purchase the charger separately cost more than buying a brand new product. Very disappointed they wont accept a return for lying to me. Not going to this location anymore.

I am so excited about finding this store, the clothes and items are in great condition and I’m not sure why others have reported negative customer service experiences. The day I went I had called ahead to ask if they had something, she went and checked for me over the phone and said they did. Then, when I arrived she walked around with me and helped me find it. Don’t know what else I could have asked for! The prices were great, and I’ll definitely be shopping here because little ones grow out of clothes too fast to be spending $ 20 an outfit! I’ll add more to the review when I sell some stuff, but my buying experience was great.

Selling experience — -has been«ok» in the past however you take a chance on how you will be treated«that» day. The staff can be very rude at times. My last visit was definitely a bad day. Buying experience — -well, you are spending money in their store so you may have a better chance at being treated nicely. I have found some nice things at a good price.

I am a frequent customer to this store, and am truly surprised at negative posts on here. Every time I go in, the people working there are friendly and helpful. If I need help, they go out of their way. Some people just like to complain. I have been and will continue to be a customer here. Great store, great people.

The staff is not friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so rudely at a kids’ store, and what’s worse is that I had my child with me. It was my first time in the store and I was very disappointed.
