Should be ZERO stars. This practice sucks. The drs are below average, but the main reason for the rating is that the office staff are condescending and just plain RUDE. For example, to get a lab result, you have to pay them $ 10 plus $ per page to get it. How ridiculous! They should try making their money and fees through actual medical services, not through charging people for their own lab results! It’s not like I was requesting a copy of my file, which might take 10 min. of paid employee time and resources. Shame on them. Go see a more qualified allergist, and better yet, make the drive to see the renowned Dr. Robert A. Woods at Johns Hopkins!
