I’ve been a patient for 10 years.
Dr. Alms is a very welcoming, jovial man.
I go to him even when I had a change in my insurance and had to pay out of pocket.
He’s always remembered me, and chats with me about ongoing events in my life.
His ability to put me at ease during out-patient procedures is amazing, given my extreme aversion to needles/knives etc.
Would definitely recommend!

Standard dermatologist. No complaints. No raves. The office, however is absolutely terrible. I have never been so mistreated by a receptionist in my life. I was shocked at how rude she was. When I asked for the address over the phone, she simply said: «Well, you aren’t a new patient. We only have one location — it’s the same address you went to before.» Really?
