I called on the 13th hoping to schedule an appt right before I leave for LA (in two hours).
Phone is disconnected. What is GOING ON?! I better get my refund for my groupon back b/​c this is just absurd! I would absolutely rather have my white teeth instead though…

When I showed tonight for an appointment scheduled six weeks ago, they were closed. There was a sign in the window saying they were closed March 26-​April 12. What? Springbreak? A phonecall would have been helpful, but no.
Like a previous reviewer, I was on my way to use one of three groupon related appointments.
I’m giving them two stars because the technician was really nice at my first appointment.

I bought a groupon for Britesmile back in December. Up until now I have still been unable to schedule an appointment with Britesmile because they accommodate very few Groupon buyers a week. Not to mention that the receptionist scheduled an appointment for me that mysteriously disappeared from the books the next week (even though I called to confirm twice). They then told me that they could not accommodate me for another month!
The other receptionist I spoke to was extremely apathetic and would not give me the name of the receptionist I had previously spoken to and was even hesitant to give me her manager’s name and phone number. Horrible business!
