Kintz-Mejia Academy of Ballet

I’m not sure if they are closed, but their site indicates class at 7:30 on weds night. I arrived at 7:15 and the door is locked. I called 3 times and got nothing but the voicemail. All reviews I’ve seen are very old as well so I wonder if the school closed.

I love Kintz Mejia Academy of Ballet. Miss Kintz is an amazing teacher. She is very professional and very caring with the kids. I’ve seen her teaching the little kids and she is very focused on their posture, performance and attitude in general. She always corrects their posture to make sure they don’t get hurt during the practice, and to make sure they are doing the right.
I’m currently taking classes with Mr Mark Mejia. He is very kind and respectful with the adult students. He helps us to keep our posture, and he pays close attention to what we are doing, correcting each one of us when it is necessary. The studio is simple, but when you get used to it, you will realize that the most important thing about KMAB are the great teachers. You will realize that they really care, and they really teach you the Russian Vaganova Method of Classical Ballet.
They also have the best music for ballet practice!!! :-)
