We made an appointment for Liberty screens to come out to give us an estimate for work on a screened porch. They seemed fine when we made the appointment for 7⁄16 between 2 – 4 pm. They never showed up or called. We’re still waiting. (OK, not really).
Guess I should have looked at Unilocal before I called them. Duh.
Save your energy and don’t bother with them. Totally unprofessional, clearly.

I made several recommendations to others for this company’s retractable screen door services. The product was fine (when it worked). When I tried to get customer service, I had to produce all warranty information myself. They made a date to look at the product and then broke it. They are reponsive at sales time and then drop you like a hot potato. Buy a screen on Amazon from ODL and pay a handyman to install. You’ll be able to replace them every two years for the next ten years for the price Liberty charges you. DO NOT USE.
