Twin Tech gave us a quote for replacing our HVAC system with a 16 SEER (energy efficiency rating) unit, which we used to compare to other companies. We decided to go with Twin Tech, but they installed a lower-grade 14 SEER unit without telling us. When we called them the next day to ask about it, they apologized but wouldn’t credit us the difference.

Stay away from this company! $ 300 bill for a 20-minute visit and a $ 4 part.
My fan stopped working on my AC unit, so I had Twintech come out to repair. It was a 20 minute fix, which left me surprised when I got the $ 300 bill. After a 2-minute google search, I noticed that the $ 175 part they charged me for (capacitor) is $ 4 online and at Home Depot. I was livid and had them come back out to take it out of my unit and refund me the $ 175, which they did. I understand their should be a slight mark-up with their equipment, but within reason. I went to Home Depot, bought the part — took me 15 minutes and saved me $ 171.

I have used TwinTech for several years — Furnace issues, AC, water heater. They are a solid team, easy to work with, professional. I wish I had found them earlier, as I’ve had my experiences with HVAC types that basically treat their customers like prey. TwinTech is a good organization with good people.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They are honest and they do a wonderful job. They replaced our HVAC system for upstairs two years ago. They fixed everything the previous owners had done wrong. They are now replacing our furnace. We have had a few little emergencies and they have gone out of their way to help us as quickly as possible. Joker, Eric, Kevin and Jeremy are all very knowledgeable, great guys.

So, a few months later, because of a leak I was warned about, I found I needed Twintech again for help. I was able to reach a repair technician on a SUNDAY NIGHT, and he was at my house promptly the next morning at 8am. How good is that?

These guys are GREAT. They were able to fix a problem that had been bugging us for a while. It was intermittent so no one could figure it out, but they did. Reliable, prompt, courteous, personable, helpful, went the extra mile. Not to mention their cost was reasonable. If you have a choice, choose Twintech.
