I feel they are more use to dealing with large contractors than just the average customer. I’ve been in a few times and I just feel lost. Especially with no one seeming to care if I find what I am looking for or not. I guess if I was spending more money I would get more attention. Not to mention pulling around back to get any items loaded in your vehicle. It is very ill explained, like you should just know. Maybe if I was a general contractor it would be different but I have not been back in a long time and don’t plan on it. I have found a place that is more than willing to walk me through any project and make sure I have everything I need to get the job done. They also walk you through it. Nice to have places that are customer oriented.
